Weather: Staying colder.

Conditions: Poor to Good.

Just when I think it is over cold air and snow roll back in to town. We didn’t get a lot of snow, probably a few inches a day for a few days in a row. Becker and I ducked out of town for a few days, one in Hancock and last night in Watersmeet. One the way home today we ran into a whiteout. It snowed all the way back from Watersmeet. The trails actually looked pretty good, but I couldn’t tell how well they were groomed, but they did have a lot of snow on them.

Sunday and Monday are showing temps in the 50’s again, and after that cooling back off. This has sure been a seesaw year for riding, I wouldn’t be so sure that you won’t be able to get some more riding time in around here, north will be good for at least a few more weeks.

I was standing at the bar of T erminal 3 in the International Airport when this small Chinese guy comes in, stands next to me, and starts drinking a beer.
I asked him, “Do you know any of those martial arts things, like Kung-Fu, Karate, or Ju-Jitsu?”
He says, “No, why the hell would you ask me that? Is it because I am Chinese?
“No,” I said, “It’s because you’re drinking my beer, you little shit….

Weather: 20’s.

Conditions: Poor.

Happy March 1st, for some it is happy anyway. Becker and I are in Hancock at the Ramada. If you still want to ride come up here, their snow is going to last a few more weeks for sure. They are still grooming too.
